Lose weight without dieting 

You may not need a full-fledged diet right now, but you can still incorporate some slim-down strategies into your daily life.

Eat breakfast. Studies show that eating breakfast is associated with keeping weight off once you've lost it.

Fill up on low-cal foods. Start every meal with the items on your plate that are lowest in calories. By the time you get to the other foods, you won't be so hungry, possibly decreasing your total intake.

Begin with soup. Starting lunch or dinner with a broth-based, vegetable-filled soup will curb hunger so you'll be less tempted to eat higher-calorie foods.

Arrive fashionably late. Without as much time near the buffet table at parties, you'll eat less.

Divide your lunch. Afternoon snacker? Cut your lunch in half: have part at mealtime and the other half later in the afternoon.

Swap mustard for mayo. A tablespoon of mayonnaise has 100 calories, compared with 10 calories for a tablespoon of yellow mustard.

My real story :  i went to Marie France , Jean Yip, more than 10 slimming centres - nightmares ~ gaining back after 6mths if no proper meals control / exercise during yr 2005,,, 

u must be curious y i keep changing AND visiting different centres .. the reason is i couldn't accept from S - M size 45kg to L - XL size 58kg . cause of some side effect medicines eg. antibiotics ... I don wan become fat girl !!! 

AND  it was disappointed only 3-5kg lost !! i was given up to waste $$ on slimming centres but start to EAT some nutrition / health supplement eg. Herbalife / Excel ...PROPER WAY , body no burden at all plus my mind also no worry about side effect anymore ... 
Finally, i slim back within 9months !!! very happy to share with my friends since many of them would like to know the secrets of slimming and maintenance ..  damn happy : the feeling is happier than WIN big prizes ...
